Warranty Coverage

All Nakhray pieces come with a 14-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Additionally, we offer a lifetime color/plating warranty limited to stainless steel pieces only. Other materials such as brass and 925 silver are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing and color/plating defects but does not include damage caused by:

• Excessive wear
• Lack of care

If a defect is deemed by Nakhray to be a manufacturing issue during these warranty periods, please follow the instructions for returning the product.

Nakhray will, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts
• Replace the product with a new product equivalent to the one being replaced
• Refund you all or part of the purchase price of the product

Nakhray has no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned. A replacement product does not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Nakhray’s property.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty applies to all pieces manufactured by Nakhray. It does not cover damage caused by:

• Accident
• Abuse
• Misuse
• Misapplication
• Use of non-Nakhray products

Do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:

• Liquid silver polish
• Pools
• Hot tubs
• Saltwater
• Spas

Avoid sleeping while wearing your jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Nakhray piece. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your piece.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND INSTEAD OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IF Nakhray CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. Nakhray IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO Nakhray RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
