Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via text/WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through Online Banking, and our moderators will guide you with the necessary details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
