Shipping Policy

We dispatch our orders directly from our warehouse located in Narowal.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard Free Delivery: Trax/Rider (Tracked, 4-6 working days).
• Express Delivery: Leopards Courier Services (Tracked, 1-4 working days). Please refer to the checkout for cost information.

International Shipping

• Standard Delivery: CityMail/SNWWE (Tracked, 5-10 working days). Please refer to the checkout for cost information.

International shipping may take longer than domestic shipping due to customs processes and distance. We kindly ask our international customers to allow 5-10 working days for their orders to arrive.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered to the given address due to incorrect shipping information, absence of the receiver, or if the customer refuses to collect the package, it will be returned to the sender (Nakhray) at the customer’s expense. The expenses include shipping costs and any duty and tax incurred; these amounts will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you have items delivered to a secure address.
